Kittens!!

OK, so Sasha had a her kittens today.... What an adventure, especially with a 2 year old trying to figure out what was going on. At first Sasha hid under Billy's bed, I kept trying to get her out but didn't work so well. Then she finally got out and hid in a box full of Billy's outgrown clothes. So I emptied the clothes (and Billy, cause he got in with her!) out and thought maybe she would stay in the box. She didn't like it there once I got everything out. I eventually got another box with a towel in it and put it under Billy's table in the family room. She decided that she liked it there, so that's where she had them. I had to constantly stay by her side. If I left she would come after me and meow at me. She wanted me right there with her. I went upstairs for a diaper and she came after me with a kitten hanging halfway out of her!! So it made for a stressful day! At least for me cause I have a tendency to stress about everything! Kate at least was being good and didn't require a ton of attention. Billy was just wondering what the heck was up with the cat. I have never seen a cat give birth before so it was quite an experience! Well now we have two white kitty's and two black kitty's! I am so glad its over with! Now comes the fun part of trying to keep Billy away from the kittens!

Oh, I kept telling Billy that the cat was having kittens in the box so he went and found an empty box put a towel in it and got in and told me that he wanted to have kittens too!!
